Kamila Jachnik-Czarnecka specializes in handling projects in the fields of infrastructure, environment, and energy, particularly greenfield investments, Waste to Energy projects, and multi-family residential construction.
She provides advice at every stage of the investment process: from planning and preparing the investment, through the stage of obtaining investment incentives, to comprehensive support during the investment process, including obtaining all necessary agreements and administrative decisions, and ongoing support during its implementation. She also deals with issues related to environmental protection law, water law, and waste law.
Kamila is involved in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts and other agreements related to investment implementation, including Public-Private Partnership contracts and agreements based on FIDIC standards.
Kamila has previously collaborated with leading Polish law firms and served as a proxy in one of the largest development companies in Poland. She is also the author of numerous articles and training sessions on ESG reporting.
