Halina Więckowska-Sulimierska has years of experience in advising on all aspects of real estate and construction law for Polish and international entities.
Halina handles transactions involving the sale and acquisition of industrial properties, office buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, agricultural land, and residential properties.
From 1997 to 2010, Halina collaborated with the Warsaw office of Hogan&Hartson, and from 2010 to 2019, she worked with K&L Gates, initially as of Counsel, and later as a Partner leading the real estate practice in the Warsaw office of the firm.
From 2008 to 2018, she co-chaired the Real Estate Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. From 2010 to 2018, she served as the chair of the “Women in the Profession” initiative at the K&L Gates law firm in Warsaw.
