Łukasz Gołąb, PhD is a leading expert in the field of railway transport law in Poland. He is the author of numerous academic publications and legal opinions in both national and EU railway law. Łukasz serves as a thematic editor for railway and aviation transport regulations at the Antimonopoly and Regulatory Quarterly (Polish: Kwartalnik Antymonopolowy i Regulacyjny) and is the author of a doctoral thesis entitled “Regulatory Instruments of the Freight Railway Transport Sector,” which will soon be published by C.H. Beck.
