Legal advice on the preparation, execution and management of construction work contracts and other contracts in the investment process, including contracts for design work, advisory services (investment supervision, contract engineer, PM, EPCM, environmental consultant, technical advisor), maintenance and service (O&M) contracts, and concession agreements.
Administrative permits
Advise on obtaining all necessary permits for the execution of construction works, advising on complex issues of Polish administrative law including construction law, environmental protection law and interpretation.
Strategic consulting
Development and implementation of an optimal investment execution model considering all financial, regulatory, and scheduling challenges for the investment process.
Claim management
Analysis of all claims submitted to the Investor, and running an electronic diary of claims, divided by contractors / subcontractors / service providers, etc., with key information concerning each claim, formulation of the Investor’s position based on the concluded contracts, particularly the construction works contract.
Ongoing legal suport
Ensuring continuous legal support for the investment process by dedicating a lawyer/legal advisor to handle the client’s current inquiries around project implementation.
Litigation & arbitration
Representing contractors in disputes with contractors and subcontractors regarding all contractual and extra-contractual claims arising during investment implementation.
