Przemysław Matuszczak has experience in advising companies operating in the power sector, construction industry, and entities responsible for the security of critical infrastructure of the state. Before joining our team, he gained experience at, among others, a Warsaw-based law firm specializing in energy and infrastructure.
He has advised on matters related to the transmission of electricity and crude oil, as well as other regulatory issues concerning the operation of power and fuel companies. In his practice, Przemysław also participated in the development of a legal analysis of the business model and financing of nuclear energy concerning its compliance with Polish and European law.
Przemysław is currently undergoing attorney-at-law training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (3rd year).
