Arkadiusz Regeńczuk – trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. Arkadiusz has gained experience at renowned law firms and in the legal department of one of Poland’s leading banks, where he was involved in the analysis of credit agreements, debt trading, and regulatory aspects of banking operations. He has also participated in projects involving corporate reorganizations, real estate due diligence, and the preparation of documentation for investment processes in the energy, construction, and financial sectors.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Warsaw, which enhances his ability for critical thinking and analytical problem-solving in complex legal and business matters.
