Daria specialises in providing services to companies in the field of labor law and HR (human resources management), especially in matters related to employment and recruitment, termination, handling cases of bullying and discrimination, as well as in creating compliance policies and procedures.
Daria supports enterprises in preparing and implementing ESG strategies, specializing in non-financial reporting of social issues in organizations, as well as in comprehensive implementation of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategies, including assessing the state of diversity, equity, and social inclusion. She also conducts training and workshops for the largest Polish and international companies in the area of bullying and discrimination.
Daria is engaged in the pro-bono activities of the law firm, creates development programs for women, participates in, and initiates efforts dedicated to women’s rights, including equality. Among others, she is the Chairwoman of the Women’s Affairs Team at the Supreme Bar Council, operating with the aim of supporting and integrating women in the legal community in Poland.
