Daria advises companies on all aspects of employment law and HR — from hiring and termination to developing internal regulations, policies, and compliance procedures. She supports management boards and HR departments in making legally sound and best-practice-driven decisions that minimize the risk of disputes and strengthen effective, ethical management within organizations.
She specializes in the prevention of mobbing and discrimination. Daria delivers anti-mobbing training sessions and workshops for management boards, executives, and employees, combining her legal expertise with extensive experience from real cases. She provides crisis advisory support, conducts audits and internal investigations, and develops anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination procedures tailored to each organization’s specific needs.
Daria also supports companies in implementing ESG strategies, particularly in the social dimension, and in projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As Chair of the Women’s Committee at the Polish Bar Council, she is actively involved — on a pro bono basis — in initiatives promoting equality and the professional advancement of women in the legal profession.
