Jacek Kozikowski

Jacek Kozikowski, PhD specializes in legal services for construction projects in the fields of industrial, infrastructure, and energy construction. Jacek has extensive experience in managing complex construction processes for both investors and general contractors. Jacek has advised on selecting the appropriate structure for contracting services and contractors for a given project, acquiring necessary administrative permits for investment implementation, and preparing and negotiating contracts with all participants of the construction process, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) agreements.​

Between 2015-2023, Jacek worked at one of the leading Polish law firms, where as an equity partner he led the practice in infrastructure and construction projects.​

Jacek completed a five-year scholarship program at Nagoya University (名古屋大学) in Japan, where, as part of the Cross-Border Legal Institution Design program, he prepared and successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of international investment law.​
