Marcin Stankiewicz has extensive experience in serving business entities, including commercial law companies. In his practice, he deals with the service of construction processes, including those carried out by public entities and development projects.
He advises on current matters related to corporate services, processes of organization and reorganization of business entities to adjust their needs to the economic realities and business needs, including transformations and mergers of business entities, as well as transactions of mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers. He also serves as a conciliator in disputes, as well as a legal representative in court proceedings and dispute resolution.
Marcin provides ongoing legal services for one of the special economic zones in Poland, in the area of, among others, acquiring land for investments, and real estate law. He has represented clients in several hundred court proceedings, mainly in economic and civil cases.
